Cancellation by Morning Star Catholic Store

There are some situations in which we may have to cancel the orders. Some of the situations that may result in an order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

Limitations on quantities available for purchase

Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

Inaccurate or insufficient address

Product no longer available with our merchant or temporarily out of stock

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information

Non-serviceable locations

If your order is cancelled after your payment has been confirmed, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible. In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

We do not process exchanges. Return the item you do not want by contacting our customer service department at 281.903.7520 or by email – customerservice@morningstarcatholicstore.com within 30 days of the date printed on your order packing slip. Once we receive the returned product we will begin processing your refund.

Label the box according to the address below, package the items carefully, and ship using a carrier with tracking including the US Post Office or UPS. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of customer for returns
